Welcome to Boarding Soon. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Boarding Soon, operated by Matthew Stout as a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.
Boarding Soon operates this store and website at www.getboardingsoon.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with destination-specific travel planner templates (the "Services"). Our website is powered by Shopify.
The below terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We sell destination-specific travel planner templates built in Google Sheets. All products are digital downloads delivered as Google Sheets template links. A free Google account is required to use our products.
Our products include automation built using Google Apps Script. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to grant the necessary Google account permissions for the script to function as described in our Privacy Policy.
We have made every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we reserve the right to modify product features, content or functionality at any time without notice, provided that any changes do not materially reduce the functionality of products you have already purchased.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.
As our products are digital goods, delivery is made by providing you with access to a Google Sheets template link. Delivery is typically immediate upon payment confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. As our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or redistribution.

SECTION 5 — REFUND POLICY
As our products are digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.
However, we comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not function as stated, you are entitled to a remedy. In such cases please contact us at matt@getboardingsoon.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement, fix or refund where appropriate.
If you have a problem with your purchase please contact us before leaving a review and we will do our best to resolve it.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

All content, products, templates, scripts, text, graphics and materials created by Boarding Soon are the intellectual property of Matthew Stout, trading as Boarding Soon, and are protected by UK and international copyright law.
Our products are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, sublicense or otherwise exploit our products or any part of them for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Making a personal copy of a purchased Google Sheets template for your own use is permitted and expected. Sharing template links, copying and redistributing our products, or using our templates as the basis for products you sell is strictly prohibited.
Boarding Soon, the Boarding Soon logo and related branding are the trading identity of Matthew Stout. You may not use our name or branding without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 — GOOGLE SHEETS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our products are built on Google Sheets and use Google Apps Script. Use of our products requires a Google account and is subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
When you use our Google Sheets products, you will be asked to grant certain permissions to the script that powers the planner. These permissions are described in full in our Privacy Policy at www.getboardingsoon.com/privacy-policy. By using our products you agree to grant these permissions.
We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, or related services that may affect the functionality of our products. We will endeavour to update our products in response to any such changes where reasonably practicable.
We also sell through the Etsy marketplace. Purchases made through Etsy are additionally subject to Etsy's own Terms of Service.
